Smells Like the Tears of My Haters Candle
Success never smelled so good. This warm, exotic fragrance is a mood — blending citrus peel and magnolia petals with a heart of violet leaf, golden patchouli, and Casablanca lily. The scent deepens with a rich base of oak moss, sandalwood, amber, vanilla, and chiffon musk, creating a luxurious aroma that’s bold but never overpowering.
Light it up, soak in the glow, and let the sweet scent of victory (and maybe a little spite) fill the room.
Candle Care & Safety
To ensure the best experience with your candles, follow these simple care and safety tips:
First Burn Matters
-
Allow your candle to burn until the melted wax reaches the edges of the jar (usually 2–3 hours).
-
This prevents tunnelling and ensures an even burn every time.
Trim the Wick
-
Before each burn, trim the wick to 5mm (¼ inch) to prevent soot and an overly large flame.
-
A properly trimmed wick helps your candle last longer.
Burn Time & Safety
-
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time to prevent overheating.
-
Never leave a burning candle unattended or near anything flammable.
-
Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid Drafts
-
Place your candle on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from windows, fans, and vents.
-
Drafts can cause uneven burning and excess smoke.
Extinguishing Your Candle
-
Use a candle snuffer or gently blow it out. Avoid putting the lid on a burning candle.
-
Let the wax cool completely before moving the candle.
Repurposing & Disposal
-
When only 1cm (½ inch) of wax remains, discontinue use to prevent overheating the container.
-
Clean out the jar with warm, soapy water and repurpose it as a storage container or decorative piece!
By following these tips, you’ll enjoy a longer-lasting, safer, and more fragrant burn.
Our medium size candle jars have a burn time of approximately 30-40 hours.
